How do I install or download the app?

You don't download it from an app store

The Fandora Platform is a web app — you install it straight from your browser, so there is nothing to download, it is always up to date, and you sign in with your Fandora email and password. First open the platform (the Open Platform button in your dashboard, or go to platform.fandorafunded.com), then follow the steps for your device.

iPhone and iPad

Use Safari — Apple only allows web apps to install from Safari.

• Open the platform in Safari.
• Tap the Share button (the square with an up arrow at the bottom).
• Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
• Open the new Fandora icon and allow notifications when asked.

Android

Use Chrome (or Brave, Edge, Samsung Internet).

• Open the platform, then tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
• Choose Install app (some phones say Add to Home screen) and confirm.
• Allow notifications on first open.

Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux)

Use Chrome or Edge.

• Open the platform, then click the install icon at the right end of the address bar (a small screen with a down arrow).
• Choose Install — the platform opens in its own window.
• Pin it to your Dock (Mac) or taskbar (Windows).
